
I have had lassi only few times in restaurants and rarely make at home. I usually forget this drink. But if I remember I make very often for myself and Vj. I love the rose flavor in lassi, which I dont know if authentic, but I love it only with rose flavour, I may skip elachi but never rose flavor. After long time, I had this when I clicked this picture. Delicious and coool

Ingredients
Method
- Use chilled curd – not sour preferably, chilled milk for perfect lassi. Use the whipping blade in your mixie for a frothy lassi.
- Add curd, milk and sugar to the blender.
- Add powdered cardamom and 2 drops of essence.
- Whip for a minute or until everything blends well and becomes frothy. Pour to the serving glass to serve.
Notes
- You can use panner (Rose water) instead of essence. You should use 1 or 2 tblsp.
- Malai is added in this sweet lassi for rich taste.
You can place few ice cubes in the serving glass and pour on top of it. Best taste when had super cold.
