Paneer kheer, an easy dessert with the ingredients available at home. Yet a rich sweet to serve in special occasions and festive occasions. I have not planned to try this, but saw in an old cookbook I had. Since it was simple and easy, I thought I will give it a try. I have tried it with ready made paneer we buy frozen, but you can do it with homemade paneer too. It turns out really good. Both me and Vj loved it. This could be helpful now during Janmashtami. Check out this post for other recipes you can try for Gokulashtami / janmashtami 2016.
